Hello, My names Kishan, I’ve been a Physician Associate for over 5 years and love every second of it. I see patients for minor aillments, blood pressure and blood test reviews, as well as mental heath reviews. I have a special interest in chronic disease and minor surgery which I do at another clinic. In my spare time I enjoy football, movies, travelling and my guilty pleasure of wrestling.

I have been helping patients here in my role for 3 years, offering support and advice on socially related problems and referring on to services to support patients further. I am a psychology graduate, with experience working in healthcare and with the elderly, and in my spare time I love to cook and take great interest in exploring the great outdoors!

After completing my psychology studies, my goal became to help and guide individuals in their everyday lives, particularly those affected by diverse factors. Hello! I work as a first contact musculoskeletal practitioner within the GP surgery. My role involves diagnosis of musculoskeletal problems and facilitating any appropriate onwards referral or discharging with management advice. My interests aside working include photography, being active and mindfulness.

My name is Suror, and I am a PCN dietitian. I work with individuals dealing with a range of health conditions, including diabetes, weight management, frailty, cardiovascular disease, coeliac disease, and functional bowel disorders. My role is to provide dietary advice and recommendations to patients, empowering them to self-manage their health conditions and embrace a healthier diet and lifestyle.

I work providing mental health clinics at Lancelot surgery from the Brent Community Mental Health Team on behalf of K&W healthcare – I have worked in frontline statutory provision in Brent for 35 year’s commencing on inpatient wards and in a variety of statutory community mental health provisions, GP’s 8 years, been around for the myriad shift of service provision, witness to budget increases and decreases. I did my professional degree halfway through, whilst I consider I learnt more from and with my patients (fellow humans however patient within this context) and their journeys towards recovery from mental health struggles than the degree ever taught me: however, you need that to progress professionally. I keep it real. I’m born and bred Brent from Irish heritage. My hobby is humour – was a flop at stand-up comedy however humour threads through my communication style – not forgoing some of the very serious I have supported. Feels like a family to me the amazing staff team at Lancelot, which I feel is what make us able to serve our patient cohort with respect and dignity as best we can.
